A. In this article it talks about how bad it is to photoshop photos. It also talks about how just a little thing that was deleted could cause someone to lose their career.
B. I think that it should be acceptable because as long as the whole photo isn't affected by it.

A. I think that this photo was more of a major problem because it was completely faked and no photographer was present.
B. I do not think this photo is as bad because they were just trying to improve the womans teeth.
